Everybody knows that petrol scarcity prevails in almost every part of India. Don’t what government is going to do in this regard and when both lorry strike will come to an end. Amidst this scarcity, some people have used this demand in favour of them. Yes Petrol is available in some parts of chennai in black at Rs 100 per litre. Its not being sold at any petrol bunks, its been sold in houses. What i want to say is not to use that petrol, not because of the huge price of it, its because of the quality of it.
